Kang la Pass is one of the most challenging hikes in the Himalayas, Kang La (5,450 meters), features stunning scenery and a 28-kilometer climb over a glacier. It is one of the Himalayas' tallest passes. The Kangla Pass trek is one of the most remote and secluded treks of the world and therefore it offers its travellers one of the most scenic and most beautiful views of the Himalayan trails, which includes the lush green meadows with wildflowers, Gaddi shepherds, sparkling streams, pristine glacial lakes. This is not all, once you cross the Kangla, you enter into a whole new world- the kingdom of Zanskar with its monasteries built in the edges of the mountains and people so beautiful inside and out. Perfect for a seasoned hiker seeking a challenge. People with previous experience of trekking above 5000 metres may only apply.
